Scottie Reynolds and Villanova are on to the Final Four
Admittedly, I haven’t been able to watch much of this year’s tournament, but March Madness was in full stride tonight in Villanova’s 76-74 upset of top-seeded Pittsburgh. Bryce Drew and his Valpo mates had to have loved the end-to-end version of their historic play, as Scottie Reynolds took a backdoor feed in the backcourt and went the length of the court for the winner with 0.5 left. And in the words of Chris Farley, “That’s the way it happened!”
I do have one gripe though: Even with the win, was Nova’s home run attempt on their previous possession while up two the worst in-bounds play in the history of basketball?
